Airport Transfers
Regardless of which air option you choose when you book your air-inclusive Globus holiday, the transfer to and from the airport to your start and end hotel is included on most published departure and return dates, saving you a substantial amount and giving you peace of mind for when you arrive. We don't however include or sell transfers for tours in the US and Canada as there are so many great, stress free and independent transport options available, so joining your tour couldn't be easier.
Land-only holiday guests who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights (not chartered flights) into terminals may purchase our airport transfer service. Transfers for US and Canada tours are not available for purchase, however many airports are now linked up to efficient public transport systems and also offer taxi services. You can also search for an independent taxi company to arrange transport between the airport and the hotel where your tour will begin.
You can e-mail Globus your air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates with your invoice number (use the ‘Existing Reservation’ option on the e-mail form). Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence. Flight details and payment must be received no later than final payment. Time and terminal limitations are provided.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Globus. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
Note: Transfers are not available 4 days or less prior to departure for Europe holidays or 14 days or less prior to departure for Africa, Asia, South America and South Pacific holidays.
Extra Night Transfers & Per-Service Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged when you purchase extra nights before or after your holiday (except for tours in the US and Canada, transfers are not included or for available for purchase). Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early. Flight information for air purchased separately from the Globus family of brands will be required at time of booking the extra night transfers and must be provided to the Globus family of brands prior to final payment. Transfers are available on a per-person basis, and pricing and times may vary by airport and/or holiday.
Note: Extra night transfers are not available 14 days or less prior to departure.
